Our key partners

We’re committed to supporting organisations and local communities that provide positive and practical help for all Victorians.

Our philosophy: good governance, good partnerships

What does good governance mean?

To us, that means open and clear communication with our members and stakeholders. This helps us remain accountable and transparent. We strive to achieve this through our governance framework, annual member meetings and annual reports. These events and publications provide our members and stakeholders with an understanding of how we’re working, what we’re doing, and why.

We also maintain partnerships with a variety of different associations and employer groups which helps us remain engaged with the industries where many of our members work, and to show our support for our members and their communities. Some of these associations, such as the Australian Services Union, the Municipal Association of Victoria and Victorian Water Industry Association have nominated members to our Board of Directors.
