Stephen’s financial services experience in senior management positions has included seven years as CEO of a medium sized industry super fund, and four years as the General Manager of a large South Australian-based government superannuation scheme.
Chief Financial Officer
The main purpose in the role is to be accountable for financial matters of the Vision Super group. Noelle provides strategic advice and assistance on all related matters pertaining to the group including the Local Authorities Super Fund (LASF)

Noelle has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, with a particular focus on superannuation. Prior to joining Vision Super, Noelle was a partner at two of the ‘Big Four’ professional services firms. Noelle is the superannuation representative on the Australian Financial Reporting Council (the FRC) having been nominated by the Association of Superannuation Funds Australia (ASFA) for that position in 2009 and subsequently appointed by the government to that position. The FRC is responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of the financial reporting framework in Australia. Noelle is also company secretary for the Vision Super companies.
Michael is responsible for providing strategic investment advice to the Trustees, as well as being responsible for operational investment matters, providing investment advice and assistance to the CEO and Trustees as required.
Michael has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, having worked in analytical and advisory roles. Most recently, Michael was a Senior Investment Consultant at a leading investment advisory firm.
Sean is responsible for the management and operation of the Strategy and Growth team, and the development of strategies to increase and retain Vision Super’s membership numbers and funds under management.

Sean has more than 20 years’ experience in the superannuation industry, having worked in a number of leading management roles at large industry super funds and one of Australia’s leading superannuation and pension administration specialists. Prior to Sean’s time at Vision Super, he was the MySuper Product Manager at Australia’s largest industry super fund.
Head of Human Resources
Emma leads Vision Super’s Human Resources function. She provides strategic advice to the CEO and managers on all people and culture matters. Her role is to ensure the business can deliver on its strategy through relevant and effective people strategies.

Emma has worked as a human resources professional at a senior level in corporate roles at a variety of different organisations. Emma’s experiences spans roles with ASX listed companies, funds management, banking and superannuation. Emma is a Certified member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
Chief Risk Officer
Nikki leads Vision Super’s Quality and Risk team. She manages the risk and compliance functions of the fund, ensuring Vision Super complies with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements, maintaining strong corporate governance.

Nikki has worked as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for over seven years and brings a wealth of experience in financial services, having previously worked for KPMG for more than a decade. Most recently she worked for LUCRF as Chief Risk and Compliance Officer and before that the ATO.
